2. Processing Times:

   • Production of custom cases takes approximately 1-3 business days, excluding weekends (Saturday and Sunday).

3. Shipping Carrier:

   • All shipments are sent via USPS (United States Postal Service) for reliable and efficient delivery.

4. Shipping Costs:

   • Shipping to the United States: $4.99 flat rate.
   • Shipping Worldwide: $25.00 flat rate.

• Processing Time: The production process for custom cases takes approximately 1-3 business days to complete. Orders placed on weekends (Saturday and Sunday) will begin processing on the following business day.
• Shipping Delays: While we strive to ensure timely delivery, please be aware that unexpected delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as customs clearance procedures or inclement weather conditions.
• Tracking Information: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information to monitor the status of your delivery.
• Customs Duties and Taxes: International customers may be subject to additional customs duties or taxes imposed by their respective countries. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the purchase price or shipping charges.

If you find that the item is broken, defect or faulty when you receive the item, please contact us for return or exchange immediately. Purchased product can be exchanged or ask for money refund in an unused shape for within 14 days of delivery. This return policy does NOT apply if it related to the buyer's mistakes. We will refund you after receive the returned item.
